Co-packing is the practice of contracting with a third-party expert to package goods. It is frequently employed in sectors where regional or customer-specific packaging requirements differ. Manufacturers can scale more easily, react swiftly to changes in the market, and simplify operations by co-packaging. Co-packing allows for flexibility in inventory management, but it also necessitates strong coordination to prevent mistakes, delays, or misaligned inventory counts.
